Our refund and returns policy lasts for 2 days. If 2 days have passed since your order was received, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that there is no separate exchange processing time under the refund and return policy.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your original method of payment — which may include your credit card, debit card, bank account, or another original payment method — within 1–2 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Replacement Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned or damaged item, we will provide a replacement within 7-10 business days.
